Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
2 - 9 inch pie crusts
Filling - Use your Tip Tough to cut up 4 to 5 cups of apples that you have peeled with your vegetable peeler
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of butter
and coat the apples with this mixture and put the coated apples in the pie crusts.
Topping - mix together
3/4 cup of flour
1 coup of sugar
1/3 cup of butter
and 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar and spread the mixture evenly over the two pies
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees then lower the oven temperature to 350- degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
